Set up of a test environment + realization of UATs to validate the technical solution
Data Cleaning + Data Migration
Training of employees and drafting of “User Guide” by department
Implementation and follow-up/support to users during the first months
Implementation of a BI file allowing the analysis of a monthly reporting and KPIs in order to help strategic decision making.
