The challenge

Establish effective project management and monitoring mechanisms to enable better coordination of the overall IT Master Plan with various internal and external stakeholders.

Our mission

  • Establish effective project management and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Enable better coordination of the entire project portfolio with the various stakeholders (business, IT, technical, financial)
  • Realize program progress reports: the PMO meets periodically with the steering committee of each project to evaluate the progress of activities. The PMO organizes a weekly report to the Resa steering committee and a monthly report to the Tecteo management committee.
  • Facilitate decisions and resolution of blocking points: identify and escalate any issue requiring the intervention of the RESA steering committee or the Tecteo management committee.
  • Ensure the follow-up of integration points between projects: identify and coordinate interdependencies between projects by organizing meetings between the different steering committees of the projects.
  • Ensure the financial follow-up of the program and the validation of the business case: Where are we in relation to the budget and the evolution of the ROI?
