The challenge

  • Implement a specialized ERP for kitchen shops to improve customer experience and quality across the value chain.
  • Lead a change plan to support employees during the implementation.

Our mission

  • Realization of a process mapping to determine the different steps of the value chain by identifying the needs: nice to have VS must have
  • Analysis of the possibilities on the market and realization of a business case to choose the ERP Winner Bizz which is attached on the sales force design tool called Winner Design
  • Analysis and optimization of business processes based on the possibilities of the tool
  • Organization of an “As is – To be” analysis based on the company’s workflow
  • Set up of a test environment + realization of UATs to validate the technical solution
  • Data Cleaning + Data Migration
  • Training of employees and drafting of “User Guide” by department
  • Implementation and follow-up/support to users during the first months
  • Implementation of a BI file allowing the analysis of a monthly reporting and KPIs in order to help strategic decision making.
  • Continuous improvement of the process and the possibilities of the ERP based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act
