The challenge

GCP’s challenge is to support Facq in the reflection and acquisition of a new integrated management architecture based on a CRM and an ERP. GCP helps Facq seize business process improvement opportunities to increase customer service, facilitate business growth and better control costs. GCP also supports Facq in the choice of integrator(s) in charge of implementing the solutions.
