- Lead the change management program

- Definition of a 5-year transformation plan aligned with strategic objectives (Strategic Map & Balanced Scorecard)
- Drafting of the specifications and management of the call for tenders for the implementation of an ERP
- Management of the complete Mainframe decommissioning program for the future SAP ECC6.0 ERP on a SAP Hana database
- Management of user acceptance tests (UAT)
- Data recovery management (migration)
- Manage the change management to lead the transformation plan (communication, preparation and supervision of training, change barometer, impact analysis,…)
