The challenge
- Create a function that does not exist in the organization and perform internal coaching afterwards.
- Provide support in the planning and methodological support for the data migration of the first waves of SAP deployment.
- Manage a team of about 20 resources to ensure the extraction, transformation, loading and validation of data
Our mission
- Diagnosis of the state of the Migration track at the time of the takeover and issuing recommendations
- Definition and communication of the recovery strategy, aligning all stakeholders on the recovery approach and rules
- Control the quality and completeness of the documents produced
- Planning recovery runs, making recommendations in terms of scope, environment management, etc.
- Follow-up of the good synchronization of the actions and monitoring of the KPIs of each run
- Building validation templates for data loaded into SAP ECC6.0
- Organization and coordination of data validation sessions
- Coaching and knowledge transfer to an internal resource
