But what is a MaaS application? <strong>encourage the transition from private transport<\/strong> such as the car <strong>towards shared mobility services.<\/strong> The aim of a MaaS application is therefore to bring together all (or at least the vast majority) of mobility service providers in a single application.<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b94beec the business side<\/strong>\u00a0(Program Manager, PMO, Change Manager, Product Owner, etc.) and the\u00a0<strong>technical side<\/strong>\u00a0(Technical Lead, Data Specialist, Developers, etc.). It&#8217;s precisely on the business side that we find the roles played by\u00a0<a class=\"ql-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gcp-consulting.eu\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">GCP Consulting<\/a>\u00a0in this project:\u00a0<a class=\"ql-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gcp-consulting.eu\/en\/consultancy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">public procurement expertise<\/a>,\u00a0<strong>Project Management Office (PMO<\/strong>),\u00a0<strong>change management<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>project management and test monitoring<\/strong>. They are described in the following paragraphs :<\/div><div class=\"ql-block ql-align-justify\" data-block-id=\"block-a98e53ff-19b4-4126-8310-3fd1de30712b\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"ql-block ql-align-justify\" data-block-id=\"block-305a6dc2-f0fa-4f81-b1bf-0675b2de116c\">When the\u00a0<strong>contract was awarded<\/strong>\u00a0to select the service provider who would technically develop the MaaS application,\u00a0<strong><a class=\"ql-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gcp-consulting.eu\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">GCP\u00a0<\/a>was mandated<\/strong>\u00a0to provide its expertise and support to the teams of strategic buyers and legal specialists in :<\/div><div class=\"ql-block ql-align-justify\" data-block-id=\"block-a008864d-23c7-48b0-b8f2-aa8d24c02168\">&#8211;<strong>\u00a0Organizing all stages of the procedure<\/strong>\u00a0to meet the award schedule as closely as possible;<\/div><div class=\"ql-block ql-align-justify\" data-block-id=\"block-0cbaf1ff-ec1a-4421-ba43-e9daf8e417df\">&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Ensuring compliance with market rules<\/strong>\u00a0to mitigate the risk of recourse ;<\/div><div class=\"ql-block ql-align-justify\" data-block-id=\"block-c549ec8e-fdb9-4bd5-98fb-35fa68cacab8\">&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Putting in place processes<\/strong>\u00a0to collect information and ensure its formatting in relation to selection and allocation criteria;<\/div><div class=\"ql-block ql-align-justify\" data-block-id=\"block-03973b3d-7067-4f06-bef9-1957a6923667\">&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Accompanying STIB in drafting the reasons for allocations<\/strong>\u00a0to guarantee the rules of fairness and impartiality.<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-593a68b exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no sc_fly_static ensuring the technical part as well as the internal budget linked to the need for consultancy for certain roles in the project;<\/li><li><strong>Planning Management and monitoring of deliverables<\/strong>, essential in IT projects where the scope is subject to numerous variations and unforeseen events depending on the technical functionalities developed;<\/li><li>The\u00a0<strong>organization of information sessions<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>training<\/strong>\u00a0sessions to inform the various departments impacted by the application ;<\/li><li><strong>Risk monitoring<\/strong>, to provide management with a status report on the project and assist in decision-making;<\/li><li><strong>Resource management<\/strong>, with requirements
